Eleanor is a 38 foot bunkhouse with the most space of all our campers making it the perfect choice for to take the entire family out to make memories.**Please note, because of its size, we require at least a 3/4 ton truck (F250, 2500) or bigger to tow this unit. Otherwise select full service delivery**3 slide-outs really opens up the living/kitchen and bunkhouse areas for max elbow room during the day. At night, enjoy a true private bedroom with a rare King size bed! 2 bunks and fold out sofa offer sleeping for 3-4 in the bunkroom. Additional sleeping areas with the convertible dinette and sofa in the living area.Plenty of storage for your belongings so no worries if your packing for a longer trip. Although you won't need to bring so much since all our units come with bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils and everything you need to operate the camper. At 7700 pounds and just about 38 feet long, this camper will require 3/4 ton trucks and larger to tow. The included weight distribution hitch makes towing easier and safer on your vehicle.Trailer has all you need for your trip:• Linens

No Burning Man rentals. Other festivals require approval and will require a larger refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan to take to a festival.
No smoking or vaping. This will result in forfeiture of renter’s full security deposit
No rooftop access.
Do not tow anything behind the trailer. Motorhome towing with approval only.
Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit for camper returned excessively dirty. (Examples: dirt/mud on floors and/or furniture, pet hair on furniture, personal waste still in toilet, improperly washed dishes, items not put away in appropriate locations.)
Drop-offs after 3PM will incur a late charge of $20 per hour.
No smoking or vaping. This will result in forfeiture of renter’s full security deposit
