Water heater is gas or electric. Ready for your family to travel across the country. Only weighs 4,100 pounds, so it's easy to tow. Can use hitch and anti-sway bars if desired. Bathroom has tub/shower combination. 30 gallon LP tank. 20 gallon gray, black and fresh water tanks. Camper uses 30 amp power (extension cord included). Fresh water hoses and black tank hose provided. Solar power for light boondocking. Power tongue jack. We have a table top grill and LP tank available for rental.
