Teneil Jones is highly responsive, accommodating logistics, and ensures the camper is well-stocked and ready with instructions. However, some guests reported a known AC leak wasn't fixed, and one booking was cancelled.

Guests find the Springdale Mini cute, well-stocked, and generally easy to use. It is described as comfortable and "as shown." However, significant issues include a leaking air conditioner wetting the bed/couch and a non-functional toilet with an unclean bathroom reported once.

5.0Trip was great! Jones Adventure Rentals had the camper well stocked with almost anything we would need to make our campsite comfortable and fun, and they were very accommodating with our pick up and drop off needs. I would hands down rent with them again!

2.0The air conditioner leaked on the inside of the trailer and got the bed and couch wet. The owners were aware but said they learned to deal with it. We thought it was a huge inconvenience. The trailer space was small which we were aware and ok with, but when you can't properly use the bed and couch it makes it very small.
