In the first 6 months of owning our campervan, we put 16,000 miles on it - 9 states, 5 National Parks, 1 Ocean, many lakes, sunsets, sunrises, stargazing, and fabulous social distance driveway visits with family & friends along the way. I do all the driving and LOVE IT! Behind the wheel on on open road is my happy place :-) I have 2 sons age 9 and 10.5, and our sweet, mushy 165-pound English Mastiff <3 Our motto is, "make a plan and go with the flow." It feels so great to be totally self-sufficient but not have a strict agenda and just GO!
