We have been in the service and manufacturing side of the RV industry for over 15 years. Most of our staff have more than 20 years of RV Industry experience. We have recently started another company, Leisure 4 Rent, who offers a full line-up of high quality and reliable coaches for people looking to get out and enjoy the RV life style.We pride ourselves in making your rental experience as maintenance free as possible. If any services, like an oil change for example, is due before you return from your journey, we will change it prior to your departure. This eliminates you stressing from having a maintenance light come on during your travels. We live the RV lifestyle on a daily basis and want to encourage others to try it out in one or more of our 3 coaches.

Rules
No smoking or pets. No festivals unless pre-arranged. The RV must be returned in reasonably clean condition, with no trash, sand or mud inside or out. If returned dirty renter will be charged $50 / Hour for cleaning. Renter must dump tanks and refill gas, propane and portable water prior to returning to avoid additional fees, unless it has been pre-arranged for us to do this for you. If you must return the rental BEFORE the original rental return date there will be a 50% fee on the refund of your unused days. No climbing on the roof and renter must use septic safe toilet paper. The RV is available for pick up between 12 pm-3 pm day of the rental. The RV comes with pots, pans, cups, utensils, coffee pot, small charcoal bbq, and sheets (no blankets). These are free to use so you don't spend lots of time packing up for your trip. There will be a fee of $25 removed from deposit if dishes come back dirty. Sheets can be left on the beds and will be washed for free for the next renter. These motor homes are well maintained and will give many families great trips. We ask that you treat it with respect and make sure to return it in the same condition it was given to you.#7 We have a strict policy for excessive speed. If you exceed the State's posted speed limit by 5 mph for more than 3 minutes 3 times during trip you will loose $150 from your security deposit, and $50 each time after that, starting with time number 4. If you are towing a vehicle, the State's speed limit may be different than the regular posted speed. It will be the renter's responsibility to be aware of the difference.
