Interior upgraded on this pop-up. the bedding is all new memory foam, which is very comfy. It sleeps 5 people easily, but can probably fit 2 kids in the dining table bed (total of 6). 110V battery, which will power the lights and your cellular devices. does come with a propane tank to cook meals in the inside kitchen.If planning to dry camp, there is a 5-gallon water storage that comes with the rental. However, you will need a generator to power the trailer. You can rent that from me at an extra cost.Pets Allowed (just be respectful W/ the furniture)
if needed, I can provide room dividers.
no air conditioning, but lots of windows to provide air flow.
no heater, but I can include a space heater that keeps the trailer nice and warm.
