To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines during your rental:
- No smoking or vaping inside the trailer (including marijuana). Evidence of smoke will result in additional cleaning fees.
- No pets unless pre-approved.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Trailer must be towed by a properly equipped vehicle with adequate towing capacity.
- No off-roading, mudding, or travel on unpaved/dangerous roads unless approved.
- Do not exceed 65 MPH while towing.
- All tanks must be emptied before return
- Return the trailer in the same condition it was received (basic cleaning expected).
- No climbing on the roof.
- Report any damages or issues immediately.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the security deposit.
