Featuring an Mercedes Benz Chassis that is equipped with a RV King size bed, Induction stove, Microwave, Restroom, Shower, Sink, Cabinetry, Air Conditioner, and Diesel Heater, Refrigerator, freezer, and TV. This rig is also powered by the Volta Electric Energy system which means NO propane and NO generator. The system is charged by solar power, shore power, or the engines alternator which reduces the amount of fuel and / or components to deal with on your trip. The exterior of the vehicle is equipped with LED lighting, electric awning with lights, 30a shore power, city water hook up, Yakima Skybox 16 (roof mounted), ladder, and factory installed 2 bike rack. 3. You are responsible for damages to the RV and / or any add on's during the rental period. This includes the loss of an item due to theft or accidentally leaving the item behind.
4. There is no dump station at my house or where the RV is stored so please bring the RV back empty of waste (from tanks). If there is waste in the tanks a fee of 75.00 will be assessed.
5. Please refill RV with Diesel prior to returning the vehicle. A fee of $25.00 plus the price of diesel will be assessed if not full upon return.

Hey Y'all! We are an active family 4 who loves to venture out. We frequently take trips to the coast of Texas, Alabama, and Florida for fly fishing excursions with our small boat. We are a house divided! Mom loves the beach and I love the mountains. We've been all the way to the Florida Keys on multiple occasions in our RV. We also enjoy Mountain Biking and Hiking and will daytrip or camp in North Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

From reservation to return our trip was great. Steven was more than accommodating and full of information to assist us on my trip. The van rental process was easy and the use of it on the trip was incredible! The van had everything you'd need to camp in comfort and in style. Better than a tent, better than a hotel or Airbnb. This is something we will do again.

Q.What tips can you provide on conserving energy while boondocking?
A.
When not in the van, turn off the inverter. This will deactivate all of the 110v accessories such as plugs, TV, microwave, and A/C unit. The inverter itself will draw power even when all of the appliances (such as A/C) are not being used. With the inverter turned off you can camp for days since you are only powering the fridge and LED lighting. The coffee maker, microwave, and A/C are use significant power and use should be limited when Boondocking (camping without hookups).
Q.Do the front seats swivel? How do you turn them around to face the rear?
A.
First you will need to ensure the seat is forward enough to clear the door and pivot freely. To do this you may need to lean the seatback forward and move the seat forward. Then there is manual lever that moves from side to side at the front of the seat underneath the seat.
Q.How long will the batteries last since there is no generator?
A.
It depends on the scenario... While Driving - Indefinitely (while idling there is not enough power generated to recharge the vehicle. Please do not idle for long periods.) While Plugged into Shore Power - Indefinitely. While Boondocking (no hookups) in summer with heavy A/C use - about 4 hours. In this scenario I would recommend renting our Honda Generator. While Boondocking (no hookups) in winter. You can expect the charge to last at least 12 hours since the heater runs off of diesel.
Q.How do you modify the seating in the rear of the unit into a bed?
A.
There are 3 poles in the drawer under the driver side rear bench. These poles fit into 3 grooves, crossing over the walkway. The back cushions then lay over the 3 poles to form the bed.
