It’s simple you send us a list of what you would like and we’ll send you a quote, if you accept it we will be set it up as requested at the time of delivery. Otherwise it is empty.This unit is excellent for long-term stays or temporary housing as it comes equipped with a full-size house fridge and washer dryer combo.The rear living area comes with three couches. Two of them can easily be unfolded into queen beds for additional sleeping space.
