Our RV has a full size pantry and fridge so you can plan to stay a while! We will have the RV set up for you and provide linens as well. Our 2022 Grand Design Reflection has plenty of room for you and your family!There is theater seating in the living area with heat and vibrating seats along with the pullout couch. We have a dinette that seats 4 with extra storage in the bench. We have a bunk room with another pull out couch that will fit 2 people and then an overhead loft that has a full size bed, great for kids! Our 3 year old calls it the treehouse...he loves it up there! The master has a full closet with washer and dryer with a queen bed, tons of drawers and closet space!
Another plus is we have a tankless water heater!!! My favorite thing about it…no quick showers here!We work until 7 pm most days but can deliver the RV within reasonable distance of Chattanooga, TN.Rules:
Not allowed to get on the roof or ladder to the roof, if this happens full security deposit will be taken.
No smoking of ANY kind. If there are any odors, security fee will be taken. Please be respectful of our RV.
Rv must be cleaned before departure, we will provide some cleaning supplies but it needs to be in the same condition as when you checked in.***Festivals/Large Events-Subject to increased nightly rate, increased security deposit*****Delivery fee will be charged round trip, max delivery one way is 75 miles.* Cosa è inclusoWe will include fresh linens, coffee maker, 4 coffee mugs, camping chairsRaccomandazioniPlease don't hesitate to reach out with any issues! What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We can only deliver after 7PM most days because of work. If we are off we can make arrangements do drop off earlier. Just send us a message and we can plan accordingly.

Hi we are John and Brooke. We bought our RV last year to full-time in it while we looked for property to build on. We ended up finding a cabin on 40 acres but still want to keep our RV for trips so we decided to rent it out while we aren't using it! We love the beach and the mountains. Our favorite trip so far has been to Colorado, we can't wait to take our kids one day!
