- a driver over 25
- an insured tow vehicle with a 2" hitch receiver and adequate towing capacity (min. 1650 lbs)

*If you prefer not to tow, we offer drop off and pick up options!*Extension cord provided, but RV hook-up not required. Lithium battery comes fully charged and will last 5-7 days with normal summer use. Battery powers USB & 12V outlets ONLY. Shore power required to use 110V outlets.

5.0My wife and I have been researching teardrop trailers for several months and came across Jess and Elevated camping. We saw she had a Bean Stalk 1 and the Bean teardrop is one of the manufactures we have been looking at, My wife has never done camping and it has been decades since I last did. We contacted Elevated Camping and Jess and were immediately impress with her knowledge , professionalism and her graciousness to share her knowledge of the dozen of questions we had about about RVing and and what we may or may not need to set up a tear drop. We rented the Bean for Aug 18th-21st of Aug of 2025 hand had Jess deliver it to Mary’s Lakeview campground just outside Flagstaff AZ and set it up. Jess was nice enough to answer another myriad of questions for us. My wife Cathy and I had 3 wonderful days in the mountains camping away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life even at our age. We are both proud to highly recommend Jess for your future camping adventures, she is wonderful. Jess thank you again for all your help. We will be sure to contact you again for another adventure. 5.0Jess was super easy to work with and answered all of my presumably dumb questions. I had her set up the bean trailer at the campsite just to make things easier for me. Her walk through was very thorough and I felt 100% comfortable when she left. I will absolutely be renting from her again. She's also an amazing human so that's an added bonus!
