Let's go on an adventure! We are located in Flagstaff AZ and near by many camping opportunities and sight seeing. We are only 1.5 hrs from the Grand Canyon and 1 hr from Sedona. Flagstaff was a major thoroughfare on the Historic Route 66 highway and also the Arizona Trail. We are home of one of the biggest Over-lander Expos in the US. We are close to a deer farm, Bearizona and many many beautiful places to camp.
This travel trailer is perfect for large families or is a great home base for a hunting party. It has 6 separate beds. (3 doubles in a bunk house, 2 convertible sofa beds, and an RV king). Can sleep 10-12 if you don't mind doubling up.
It has a wide pop out for the table and couch making a large open living space with plenty of room to walk around.Cosa è inclusoIt comes with a generator and 4 hours free use per day. Keep in mind that the generator does not power the AC. If you want to use the AC you need to be hooked up at an RV park or bring your own large generator.
A flat screen TV in the living area with a stereo and speakers that are inside and outside.
There is another tv in the bunk house for the kiddos.
An automatic 6 gal hot water heater, a heater, and air conditioning.
It has a weight distribution/ sway controller hitch and electric tongue jack.
2 propane tanks (60lbs) One comes full and the other has what ever is left from the last rental. If you need more you are responsible to fill it up.
2 batteries
Some dishes, cookware and utensils provided. If you are wondering what we have just ask.

Must have a clean driving record and be 25 to rent this trailer.
Do not climb on the roof.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRUGS IN OR BY THE TRAILER. If the trailer comes back smelling like smoke or marijuana you will forfeit your deposit. So be conscious even of your clothing smelling.

Hi, I am Jason. My wife is Nicole and we have 4 kids. I am a chiropractor and my wife is a nurse. We love being in the outdoors. One of our mottos is "if you ever run into a fork in the road always choose the one that offers the biggest adventure". I grew up in the White Mountains of Arizona hiking, fishing, hunting, camping. When I was in college I was a guide for a company that took people into the Grand Canyon and down to Havasupai Falls. For several years I went up to Alaska in the summers to fish the commercial salmon runs out of the Bristol Bay area. I want others to see and appreciate this beautiful world we live in. So here is a camp trailer that might help you do that. Hope you enjoy your stay where ever it might be.
