**Delivery only available within 20 minutes of Twin Falls area**Still like new! Sleeps 8+! 4 separate bunk beds, table seats 6 and sleeps 2. Couch can sleep 1-2 small kids. Full size extended pillow-top queen bed (not a trailer queen bed). All the amenities you could want. Power slide, power awning with LED lighting. Inside/Outside speakers, TV Antenna. External shower hook up plus external kitchen with fridge. Lots of storage. All aluminum framing. 6000 lbs dry weight. When inquiring, please state what kind of tow vehicle you have so I can be assured it will pull the trailer as well as let us know where your trip is taking you and whether or not you need the generator. The generator is $100 for your trip and you supply the gas can and gas. If you send us these 3 answers when requesting, we can approve you right away. Delivery and Pickup is be available within a short distance of our area. Pickup and dropoff times are flexible if we don't have renters immediately before and after your reservation but need to be set and not changed please.Other amenities included:

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pickup is typically at 12PM and drop-off is at 10:30 AM on the day of your return. We are flexible unless we have a renter picking up on your drop-off date.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will walk you through all systems and how they work. Our trailer has both gas and electrical options that we'll run through. You can add-on a generator for your trip if you won't be at a campground with electricity. You can also add-on a dump fee if you don't want to dump the trailer yourself, but we have an RV dump less than a mile from our home.
