• Absolutely no smoking inside the rental (additional fees will be incurred if there is any evidence of smoking/damage).
• Please leave the rental clean and tidy with all trash taken out, all items stored securely, and black and gray water tanks emptied (OR we can empty the tanks for you for an additional fee).
• Renter is responsible for securing campsite reservations. We are not responsible for reservation issues.
• Renter must review all safety information and operating procedures before renting.
• We will coordinate drop off and pick up times with each renter. We charge $25 for every 15 minutes a renter is late for either drop off or pick up.
