Kitchenware included. Trailers will have a coffee maker with filters, a kettle and a 2 slice toaster.

Fridge/freezer operate on 12V battery only. We suggest a hydro site or else your battery will die within 24 hours and you will lose all power.
Dry weight of 5533 lbs and hitch weight is 570 lbs.
Cargo up to 1587 lbs.
Gvwr on your vehicle should be a minimum towing capacity of at least 7120 lbs due to the maximum allowance of the cargo.
Fresh water tank 44 gal, gray tank 60 gal & black tank capacity is 30 gallons.
Tow package on your vehicle (only a bumper ball is not acceptable).
Your vehicle will require a brake controller.
Bring a 2 5/16 hitch ball system or one may be available if your inquire prior to pick up.

Please note that if this unit is going to private property, there will be an additional charge to empty the 'black tank' (toilet) if it was used at a cost of $100. And additional cost of $100 if the unit was not cleaned at pickup. You must clean the inside of the unit as you received it on day 1.
Accidental and Liability Coverage mandatory starting at $8.74/day on some units.
