4.0Overall a good experience with Robert. Slight bummer for the experience was the lack of any pots/pans or anything for a basic set of supplies for the week. We had to back a couple of big totes from home to bring with us. He was very easy to work with as far as the coordination for pickup and drop-off. Camper was in like-new condition.
