There is nothing like spending quality time with family and friends sitting at a campfire under the stars, in the woods, lakeside, enjoying all of natures beauty happening around you. Pair that scenario with a modern, high tech, luxurious living quarters and you have an opportunity to embrace all of the best parts of camping and to make unforgettable memories with your loved ones.In the heat of an emergency or an insurance claim on your house, you will need a temporary place to call home. We have you covered with a comfortable, modern, living space so that you can focus on the issues at hand and transition easily back to your daily routine.We offer vacation and transient services. Message us about your needs.The master bedroom is nestled away privately from the rest of the camper and boasts a queen size bed with plenty of overhead and bedside storage. The couch pulls out into a full size bed. The above average sized dinette folds down into a bed as well. Sleeps 6 comfortably, you can have 2 more if they are willing to sleep on recliners theater chairs.Forget about running to the campground community bathroom. Utilize the full bathroom right inside of the entry door for all of your toiletries, bathing, and cosmetic needs.For the rainy days, your nightly news, to keep up on the game, or background noise for your sleep there is a theater area with a TV and recliners tucked into the same area as the pullout couch and dinette. There is also a TV in the master bedroom.If escaping the rain or the cold is at hand and you are inclined to limiting the technology, there are board games, puzzles, books, and some children's toys provided.Please review the camper layout and photos to envision you and yours taking advantage of the spacious, modern living space and all of the amenities.New to camping or this particular camper, do not fear!! There is a binder we are working on with instructions and procedures for most everything you will run into during your trip. (Please let us know if there is anything missing or that would be helpful.) We are also available for a phone call.The Gvwr is 9,995 lbs. A 3/4 ton truck or bigger will be required to tow this camper or you can utilize the delivery options we have available for you.Tow and back in with ease using the Furrion observation camera system and/or the Equalizer weight distribution sway control hitch for free.Set the wheel chocks that are provided. Level the trailer easily with the auto level feature while getting a fire going or preparing dinner. Let the slideouts and awning out with the push of a button. Utilize the water filter and hose for water hook up. Run the RV power cord to a 50 amp hookup or use the supplied adapters for a 30 amp hookup. Use the provided sewer hose and fittings for dumping black and grey waste water.If you are unable to or not interested in setting up the weight distribution hitch, towing the camper, or dumping the black and grey water, that is ok!
