Flexible, responsive, detailed support
Jean-Paul provides thorough walk-throughs and detailed instructions, responds quickly to questions, and is flexible with pickup/drop-off times. He goes above and beyond with remote support and help with setup, ensuring a great experience.
Easy to tow and handle
Reviewers consistently noted the trailer is super light, easy to tow, and handles well, with the offroad hitch providing a smooth ride, often barely noticeable while driving. It also garners many compliments.

5.0Jean-Paul was easy to communicate with, and the trailer was exactly what I was looking for. The offroad hitch made for a smooth ride, the king bed was comfortable, and the swing out kitchen made for great outdoor meal space. I would recommend this to any others looking for a smaller trailer for their camp trip.

5.0We had a fun time with this trailer and renting from Jean Paul. It's like a tiny luxury king size sleeping pod in a space ship, with the perfect kitchen set up in the back. With the addition of the tent on top, it was more than enough of space for a family of three, with the ability to customize for sleep preferences. We pulled it behind a Volvo xc60 and besides those first right turns, found it totally easy to handle. When you pull a rig like this, be prepared for folks coming up to talk to you about it!

5.0Amazing rental experience ! I'll be booking again from Jean-Paul Clinard. He made this rental experience super seamless, very informative and patient in walking thru the details and features of the Mammoth Trailer. The trailer is super light, barely noticed it while towing, easy to tow, and kids loved it.

5.0We’ve rented a few trailers from Outdoorsy and this is our favorite yet. The hitch for our trailer was incredibly easy to use, both at the start of our trip and beginning the journey home. The trailer was clean, well stocked, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Also, communication before and during the rental was timely, clear, kind, and helpful. We definitely plan to rent this trailer again.
