5Yi Qin was responsive, friendly and accomodating as we prepped for our PNW adventures. Yi even provided last minute kitchen cleaning supplies. The RV was perfect for us - We had 3 adults and a 6 year old on our 2 week vacation. My Fiance and I shared the very comfortable King Sized bed and our friend and hs son, shared the sleeping space above the driver seat. The bed was very comfortable! Everything worked as expected and the RV was clean and tidy upon delivery. Some of the cabinet drawers (bedroom armoire) kept flying open, but besides that Harvey was the perfect RV for our PNW getaway: )
