Please Read:Our family recently moved to a new home in Tacoma, WA. We no longer have our "RV Garage" where we were easily able to facilitate transitions between RV Rentals. For this reason, we dropped our Regular Rate of $220 to $150 Per Night for rentals of a Minimum of 14 nights for this Summer.Betsy is a Well Maintained 24' RV with slide that provides exceptional roominess in a small package that is easy to drive, park and maneuver. Recent upgrades include New Tires, New Brakes, New Vinyl Flooring, New Hot Water Heater, New Toilet, New Shower Door, New Kitchen Sink and more.Our Family has enjoyed many trips to the Beach, Hiking in the Mountains, Biking through the Fields, Concerts and Festivals, even Skiing in Winter. There is so much to explore in the Northwest and traveling by RV is really the best way to see it all and create amazing memories with your family and friends.Rates:

No Burning Man Rentals due to the Playa Sand damage, but we are fine with Concerts at the Gorge in George.Septic Dump: We include Rubber Gloves for this unpleasant task, but we are willing to dump the tanks for a $50 Fee.Pets: We are a Pet Friendly family and this is a Pet Friendly rig, however we do have a standard Pet Cleaning Fee of $150. This includes Laundering all rugs, Vacuuming all Cloth Surfaces, Cleaning all interior Glass, Wiping all Solid Surfaces including Hand-Wiping Floors. We provide a Pet Cover to protect the Couch. This was the third time we rented the RV (Betsy) from Christian, and yet again, it was a truly wonderful experience! This time, we traveled north—south and were able to cover quite a distance: all the way from Orca Island (WA) to Los Angeles (CA). During our trip, we never had any issues with Betsy. The RV could run long distances without any engine problems and kept us warm during cold December nights (highly recommended with three little kiddos). At one point, we had a flat tire due to a nail, but through Outdoorsy insurance (road assistance), this was fixed the same day.
Christian is truly the best host you can wish for. During the trip, he is always reachable and helps out with any support needed. Before and after the trip, he tries to accommodate any reasonable requests (e.g., luggage storage, additional blankets, transport), with excellent communication. He did everything he could to make our third, and longest trip, an amazing experience. I highly recommend renting this RV with Christian!

This was our second time to rent the RV from Christian, and again, we only have positive words to share. The RV was spot on clean, very well maintained, and just easy to roll with (even with 3 little kids). Christian is super responsive, easy to communicate, and very accommodating. We are planning our next trip at the end of this year and have booked his RV again, that’s how satisfied we are :)

Overall great experience in an RV with a soul. We spend a great time in WA and OR with this very well maintained vehicle.
Christian took time to explain everything and we felt absolutely confident to use and drive it (even though RVs in Germany tend to be much smaller.

We had a wonderful time with Betsy (the RV), she treated us great and drove us to places we could not have imagined before. We are a family of 5 (3 children ages 5-2-0), which is a challenge, so we didn’t plan too much, but everything worked out beautifully. Betsy is very well suited for such a road trip with small children and Christian (the owner) was the perfect host. He communicated very well from the beginning and responded within minutes when we needed help. His travel recommendations were invaluable, especially since he has loads of experience from road tripping with his own children.

Renting the Mini-Winnie from Christian was a straight forward and easy process. He has the routine down pat and quickly and efficiently walks , even first time RV'ers , through everything they need to know to hit the road. The RV itself was very comfortable, well provisioned and easy to drive. The trip was memorable for me and my buddy and would consider renting from Christian again.

Such a great experience renting from Christian! Very detailed send off of the RV and he even topped us off on gas for our journey over to The Gorge for Labor “Dave” Weekend. The RV was super clean and was very well stocked with everything we needed. Great dishes, pots and pans, silverware, coffee pot, filters, towels, etc. We would definitely rent this again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up Time is 3pm on the start-date, Return time is 11am on return-date. We are flexible on these times if there is not a rental returning or departing within 24 hours as we need time to clean, disinfect and prep for the next trip.

This RV is super simple to operate and drives like a van. It is small enough to camp in most Forest Service campgrounds however you need to be aware of low hanging branches and avoid them at all costs.
Always have someone outside watching narrow corridors or when backing up.
Q.How do you camp Off-Grid with the RV?
A.
Camping Off-Grid is easy:
Batteries Charge when vehicle is running. They also charge when vehicle is plugged in or Generator is running.
You can expect to get a minimum of 2 days/nights on the cabin batteries without charging, making Off-Grid camping (No Hookups) a great option!
There are 30 gallons of Fresh Water and 35 Gallons of Grey and 35 Gallons of Black Water storage which also makes Off-Grid camping pleasant.
