Do’s and Don’ts – Jayco Trailer Rental To ensure a smooth rental experience, please review the rules below. Failure to follow them may result in the loss of your $500 security deposit. --- Do’s Use only single-ply toilet paper to prevent clogs and costly damage Return the trailer on time and in clean condition Thoroughly clean the trailer to receive your $50 cleaning fee refund — it must be spotless and ready to rent to the next guest Empty black and gray tanks and ensure gauges read empty to receive your $50 dump fee refund Remove all trash and personal items before returning Reach out with any questions or issues during your trip Follow all operational instructions provided --- Don’ts Do not smoke inside the trailer – this will result in a full deposit loss Do not bring pets – this is a pet-free unit Do not access the roof or tamper with rooftop components Do not use the awning in high winds or storms – damage is expensive Do not use anything but single-ply toilet paper – thicker paper clogs the system Do not leave behind food, trash, or personal items Do not return the trailer dirty or with full tanks unless you're okay forfeiting the cleaning and dump refunds Do not ignore equipment issues – report any problems immediately --- Violating any of these rules may result in loss of your $500 deposit.
