This is the perfect rig for a family who is new to pulling a camper, or anyone looking for an easy experience in a simple and clean camper. At only 4700 lbs and less than 30ft long including the hitch, it can be pulled with a 1/2 ton truck or full size SUV. We ordered this without a slide to keep the weight down and to make sure it's simple to set up. The jack is electric, which is nice when hooking it up.Systems include: gas heat, A/C, hot water, vent fan, 12v DC power, 120v AC power (when connected to shore power)There are 5 beds in the 26ft long living space! The master bedroom at the front has a queen bed and 2 small closets for hanging clothes. At the back of the camper there are 2 full size bunk beds with privacy curtains and windows. The dinette converts into a twin size bed, as does the couch. There is storage under every seat and bed.The bathroom features a bathtub, and the sink is in a separate area, which is nice for families. There's also hookups for an outdoor shower.There's a complete kitchen, with large refrigerator/freezer, an oven/cooktop combo, sink, microwave, and prep space. We also include other appliances and cookware/dinnerware.Outside, there is a 19ft long powered awning with LED lighting. This is a great feature when you need shelter feom the hot sun or the rain. Also outside, there are electrical outlets, solar hookups, underneath storage, and the hookup for the outdoor shower.Everything is new or like new. We have it cleaned and sanitized before each use. Evan and Morgan were very good about accommodating my families needs. I previously tried to go with a different booking, who tried to charge extra for the distance that I was towing, which was frustrating. Evan and Morgan did not charge for this and made sure that they accommodated the pick up and drop off. 10/10 recommend. Thanks guys.

We had a wonderful time! Soft beds, for my 81 yr old mother! Had some supplies if we needed it. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and always a message or call away. Thanks again for helping me and my kids make memories with their grandmother.
