This camper is located close to I-25 and Highway 34, which puts you at quick access to many of Colorado's wonders.Sleeps 8
Kitchen complete with:
• Gas range/oven (propane required with 1 full tank guaranteed as part of booking)
• Fridge/Freezer combo (auto-convertible gas/electric)
• Microwave
• Dinette seats 4
Outdoor kitchen including: Mini-Fridge (electric), Sink, Stove-Top (propane) and tv hook ups
Bathroom features a tub/shower with hot water and flush toilet; AND outdoor shower with hot/cold water• Air conditioner (electric hookup required)
• Furnace
• Water heater
• Radio/CD player with surround sound (indoor and outdoor)
• Built in TV antenna
• TV hook ups
• 2X 20-gallon propane tanks (1 pre-filled)
• 13-foot Power retractable awning with LED light strip
• Comes pre-stocked with dishes, flatware, basic cooking utensils, coffee cups, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap.
• Weight distributing tow hitch with anti-sway bar provided (2" hitch receiver and 7 blade plug required)
•A standard cleaning fee will apply to all rentals.
* A $45 Fee will be added if the unit is returned and needing the black and gray tanks dumped.
* You must have proper tow vehicle with receiver and brake control system. This unit weighs approximately 7000 lbs fully stocked, so it requires adequate trailer brake set up
*Electric tow jack and stabilizer jacks
*Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee based on your location. (Free within 20 miles)
