Our 24-foot Jayco Feather trailer is a great option for your next trip. It sleeps up to 7 people with 2 queen beds, a twin bed, and a dinette that converts into a full bed. It has everything you need: air conditioning, a heater, a fridge with a decent-sized freezer, a microwave, and a water heater. There's also a bathroom with a shower.For entertainment, it comes with a TV, DVD player, and built-in speakers with Bluetooth. We’ve included basic cookware, dishes, and utensils to keep things simple.If needed, we have foam mattresses, a solar panel, and a sway bar available for a small extra cost. Delivery within 75 miles of Fargo is also available for an additional fee. No pets allowed.It's a solid setup for a camping trip or family getaway.

Keep the trailer clean: Please return the trailer in the same condition you received it.
Empty the tanks: Ensure the black and grey water tanks are emptied before return or let us know and we can take of it for a small fee- if you do not let us know prior to pick up for the trip and do not empty- an additional charge of $200 for emptying will be charged.
Treat it like your own:: Please be respectful of the trailer and its amenities.
Follow weight limits: Make sure your vehicle is rated to tow under 5000 lbs gross weight.
Communicate early: Let us know ahead of time if there are any issues or if you're running late with your return.
Use the provided cookware and utensils: We include basic items to make meal prep easier for you.
Don’ts:
No smoking: Smoking inside the trailer is strictly prohibited.
No pets: This is a pet-free trailer, so no animals inside.
No off-road travel: Please keep the trailer on paved or maintained roads only.
No overloading: Don't exceed the trailer's weight limit or capacity for safety reasons.
Don’t leave the trailer unattended: If you leave the site for an extended period, please make sure the trailer is secure.

What originally was going to be a fine interaction turned into arguments. My wife and I rented the camper for 2 night stay. We got the camper with tanks not emptied. Luckily we only each showered once, and the toilet a handful of times otherwise it would have overfilled.
The A/C unit didn't work. Contacted the support, but they weren't able to get a technician out to us on short notice on a Saturday. Understandable. Informed the owner, sent videos, etc... An agreement was made for partial refund as our trip was rather uncomfortable during a heat advisory. I returned the camper without using the dump station (there was 6+ vehicles backed up waiting for their turn, and my wife and I had to go to work after returning the camper.) Being that they didn't dump it in the first place before us figured no big deal. They then were gonna charge me $200 for not dumping.
Met the husband, he was nice to show me about the camper, how to do this that and the other.
If it wasn't for trying to charge me $200 for not dumping after being given the camper not dumped, they worked with me well on the AC issue. Photos of AC unit when I tried running it, it would just spit out water. The camper was dropped off at a RV dealer to be fixed. So future renters shouldn't have an issue.

At pickup, we explained the tank reading was off due to leveling from the prior trip. We offered to dump it immediately or, per our policy, have it returned at the same levels (black at ¾ or less, gray empty). The renter chose to take it as-is and later decided not to dump at return due to a long line. Our policy notes that if we’re not alerted in advance, there’s a $200 service fee for us to dump.
