A fee of $200 will be charged if there is pet urine odor present/chewed furniture. A fee of $50 will apply if the host needs to service the waste tanks. Place wet linens in the bathtub. Your security deposit will be refunded following a post-trip inspection of the camper, with any applicable fees deducted accordingly.
