This is a great rig for anyone who doesn't want a hassle. Purchased summer 2020, and two teens and I have been using it full-time since September. We've logged 20,000 miles in 7 months and still love it! The turning radius is very tight and it will fit into one parking space by backing in and hanging the rear bumper over the curb. You'll be able to fit into just about any place that allows RVs. Clever interior design: the queen bed has an electric lift in the ceiling above the dinette--raise it to the ceiling during the day so it's out of the way, lower it at night to sleep. The dinette area is directly underneath, and converts to an area slightly larger than a California King. Very space efficient. There is a small fridge and freezer (larger than a "dorm fridge" but smaller than what's in your kitchen), two-burner gas stove, microwave, ceiling vent and fan, gas furnace for heat, and an electric AC/heat unit. Continuous propane hot water heater--no 6 gallon water tank that's going to run out. One main outside storage compartment, and another for the water hose.
