Some items such as kayaks, paddle boards, bikes etc may have nominal cost.OR...Stay on Site on our lot in Beautiful Evergreen,CO with access to trails, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, basketball hoop, corn hole, yard games, ping pong, ladder toss, Popshot, and... wait for it. ...internet access.Our house also sits on the lot with 1.3 acres of beautiful aspens, with a creek running through it. Our friend lives in a beautiful Tiny house on the property as well. No drugs, 420 friendly if outside -No smoking indoors at all. Lgbtqia + Community is WelcomeRaccomandazioniUP TO YOU!
