It is equipped with solar panels to keep the batteries charged and has 45 gallons of freshwater capacity if you are without hookups. 10’ 10” overall height and 6’6” interior height making it easy to tow virtually anywhere and comfortable to walk around for most adults. The overall length is 30ft and comes with a 50amp extension cord to connect to power at the campground.
There is an 18ft awning that provides shade from the heat and protection from the rain. The awning covers the outdoor kitchen that comes complete with mini fridge, griddle and sink and is equipped with LED lighting for sitting out in the evening.

Andrew ensures all important details are covered, thoroughly explains systems, and is usually quick to respond. However, communication regarding schedule changes was occasionally lacking, causing delays.

4.0Overall the trailer was nice & clean, modern and owner showed up when he said he would. No surprises there. We were a little bummed that the listing said 3pm but he could not drop off the trailer till 6pm after he got off work. Meanwhile the other people in our group got their trailers dropped around 2pm. The other families had a cheaper rental too. Just a bummer to miss part of the trip and unprofessional in our opinion. On day of pickup, we agreed on 11:30 time but we messaged that morning about doing earlier and there was no reply or even a notification that they were on way. Communication could have been better. Owner was friendly though! Be aware no linens except for a bed sheet, no hand towels or paper towels. Be sure to bring your own! Toilet is also in need of repair.
