There is a 24hr disinfecting period between rentals. Trailers are cleaned and disinfected with child safe cleaners and disinfectants.We will provide clean linens, blankets, and pillows in a vacuum sealed bag. To ensure limit exposure and clean linens, renters will be responsible for making beds with provided linens. We provide linens for all possible sleeping areas. (I.e. Jack knife couch and Dining table sleeper)Dishes, Pots/Pans and utensils provided will be cleaned after every rental whether used or not.Don’t want to tow it? Rather have it delivered? Failure to empty grey and black tanks will result in a dump fee of $75.
If Propane tanks are not topped off at return of rental a $30 refill fee will be incurred.

Experience towing required.
