We had a lovely vacation with our two young children. The RV was a good size, ran well, and had the basic amenities we needed. The host was also flexible with pickup/dropoff. Unfortunately, significant issues with the host and little support from Outdoorsy. Felt very rude. The blackwater drain was broken when we first tried using it. We reported it immediately, but the host said we caused it, and I paid for the repair despite not knowing whether I had. Communication was also difficult - host didn't speak English so calling was a challenge and messages seemed translated online. After the trip, the host filed claims alleging we sprayed paint inside/outside the RV. White spots were actually sunscreen residue from applying sunscreen to our children. I explained this repeatedly but the host continued to characterize it as paint. She also alleged that we applied something to the windshield and damaged it by using the wipers to clean it - it was bug splatter and dirt. Weeks later, still dealing with bogus insurance claims. Lot of extra charges and hidden fees taken from the security deposit. If you rent this, document the entire condition with photos and video at pickup and dropoff.

An excellent experience! The RV is in perfect working order; although it is an older model, everything works wonderfully. It is small, but very comfortable and handles very well. In addition, the owners were super attentive and were very accommodating with a late check-in. I would definitely rent from them again.
