Alyssa was understanding about late pickup, offered an alternative camper when issues arose, and was very responsive to communication and reported problems.

Offers a spacious feel with a comfortable queen bed and is well-stocked with kitchen essentials and a DVD selection. Guests noted occasional issues with hot water and drained waste tanks upon arrival.

4.0Alyssa & Ryan were great hosts, & they have a very nice camper! We rented for a week for our kids to be on site during their first 4H fair. We had never stayed in a camper before & were trying it out to see if it would be something we would like to invest in for the future. We didn't have electric or water hook ups so we brought a generator & propane. Alyssa came on time & set up the camper showing my husband how everything works and how to hook up the generator. Without water we opted to have a full water tank for toilet use & it was great not to have to run to the bath house in the middle of the night! The size of this camper felt nice and open, but staying for a week we had a hard time figuring out where to put some of our things so kept some stuff in our van. The queen bed was a better mattress then a regular camper mattress, which mattered for my back and hip pain. I must include that upon arrival the camper & things in the camper weren't fully cleaned. Without water & electric we weren't going to use these things, but it did take us a while to put them out of our way and clean up the spaces to put our things in. When Alyssa & Ryan came to pickup the camper we spoke to them about this, and they told us that outdoorsy requires the campers to be stocked, and as for the cleanliness they said they would be more attentive in the future, so I would hope that wouldn't be a concern for anyone renting after me. We also had some difficulty with closing the door, but overall we had a great week at fair & renting this camper was a part of that for us. After this experience we have decided to look for our own camper this fall to have for many more years of fair & family trips. Thank you Alyssa & Ryan for our first camper experience, I hope things go well for your family with renting out your camper in years to come!

5.0Alyssa was great. Alyssa had an issue with the pop-up camper we rented from her the day before we were due to pick it up. She contacted me right away and offered her hard sided camper for the same price. Worked out much better for us as it rained most of the time. Recommend Alyssa to anyone who wants a hassle free rental.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
As a stay-at-home mom, I have a fairly flexible schedule, so pickup and return times can usually be adjusted to fit your travel plans. Return times are especially flexible since the camper is dropped off at our home. Just let us know what works best for you, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

What are the towing requirements?
A.
For the safety of everyone on the road, your tow vehicle must have a minimum towing capacity of 4,000 lbs and be equipped with a 7-pin trailer connector and a functioning brake controller. If you're unsure whether your vehicle is properly equipped, please message us before booking. We've had renters arrive with vehicles that weren't capable of safely towing the camper, and we want to help you avoid any last-minute issues or delays.

What is included in the camper?
A.
Our camper is intentionally stocked with only the essentials to maximize storage space for your belongings. You'll find basic cleaning supplies, a pot and frying pan, plates, cups, silverware, and a small selection of movies for relaxing after a day of camping. We keep things simple so you have plenty of room to unpack and make the camper feel like your own during your stay.

Are linens and towels included?
A.
Yes! We provide fitted sheets for each bed, along with bath towels for your stay. Please bring your own pillows and blankets to make your trip as comfortable as possible.
