• No illegal substances – Will result in termination of the rental with no refund.
2. Pet Policy:
• Pets allowed but must leave no hair, odors, or damage. Extra cleaning fees may apply.
3. Cleanliness and Maintenance:
• Return the RV clean, as delivered. A $250+ cleaning fee applies if extra cleaning is needed.
• Only use provided RV toilet paper. A $300+ fine applies for flushing other items.
4. Awning Use:
• The awning will be set up unless strong winds or storms are expected. Retract immediately if winds pick up. Guests are responsible for damage.
5. Arrival and Departure:
• Guests must follow arrival and departure times. Campgrounds have strict rules, and guests are responsible for any fines.
• Communicate delays ASAP. Adjustments depend on campground policies.
• No-shows: If guests fail to arrive within two hours of delivery without prior notice, full rental charges will still apply, and the RV will not be left at the site.
6. Travel Restrictions:
• The RV is to remain on the site. It was delivered to. Guests are forbidden from moving the RV Without prior permission from the owner. Expensiveonly operate the awnings in case of high winds not sure to not adjust the slides or levelers.
