Enjoy This Great TOY Hauler/Trailer ON Your Next Vacation!
Enjoy this great 2019 23-foot toy hauler trailer, perfect for your next getaway! The trailer can comfortably sleep 6 with a queen bed in the front bedroom. The bedroom has wardrobe space, usb phone chargers, privacy windows + blinds and a walk-around bed. In the living area you will find two sofas that fold out to two separate twin size beds. There is also a drop-down queen size bed above the sofas. All beds are prepared with fresh linens, pillows and have memory foam toppers for a comfortable night’s rest.
Kitchen allows room to cook and meal prep with oven, cooktop and microwave. Conveniently stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, dishware, silverware, drinking cups, coffee cups, dishwashing liquid, and kitchen towel. Included as well is toilet paper, hand towel, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. TV/DVD player are set up in the living area. You can also stream music to play inside, outside or both. Electric awning provides great shade on a hot day! The rear ramp/door on the toy hauler is also a great way to make the trailer feel more open, get a nice breeze, or have an extra access/entry point (also great to be able to watch the kiddos!). Trailer is also equipped with both AC and a Heater. Outdoor fuel station is great for desert camping or if you are bringing/renting a golf cart and need to be able to refuel.
We do also have two captain’s chairs that you can use. They work best if you only want to use one couch and have the chairs with a little table on the other side. • Trailer is ONLY available for Fri-Sun rentals. Can accommodate 1 week rental if rented from one weekend to the next.
• Total length from rear to hitch is 26-1/2’ – please plan accordingly when booking your camping site
• This trailer has one AC units, if you will be using a lot of electricity devices with high draw, you MUST have a 30-amp site
• Pet Policy – cats are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed to be on top of upholstered materials such as mattresses, chairs, sofas, furniture and cushions. Dogs can NEVER be left unattended inside the recreational vehicle. We will charge a cleaning/damage fee for excessive pet hair or if furniture is damaged.
• We have lots of added extras you can choose to make your camping trip more enjoyable – please be sure to check them out!

We bought out trailer brand new and enjoyed it with our family for two years camping and going to the desert. We decided to make a switch to something larger and loved the idea of being able to rent out our trailer so other people can create great memories with their friends and families!
