Everything you need in a small package! This Casita is well loved and cared for, plus easy to tow. Perfect for a couple looking for a comfortable camper with all the amenities of a large camper. It has a full bathroom, big fridge, stove cooktop, heater, A/C, hot water heater. No Microwave (has a spot for it though). We ripped out the original carpet floor and went back in with commercial carpet tiles. This keeps it cozy, warm and quiet compared to a vinyl floor. Brand new tires and updated wheels put on recently. Bed in rear is a custom cut memory foam mattress. Here are some important notes and/or rules:1. I used to rent on weekends, but it was too much work for me. 5 night minimum rentals. I am possibly open to a shorter rental if you are going somewhere close to Denver, so reach out to me with details.
2. I love this camper, so please do not drag it down some rough dirt road. Please provide me with an actual campsite name for destination.
3. Bring your own bedding (sleeping bag, sheets, etc.). I will not provide.
4. Camper is light, but does have a 350 lb tongue weight. I don't typically rent to people that want to tow with a minivan or something like a ford escape or similar in size. Jeep Grand Cherokee, 4runner or larger is good. 2" size ball.
5. Feel free to use all provided dishes, etc.
6. I don't have a generator as I don't support driving my camper offroad for BLM land type camping. Also, if your site doesn't have electricity, you have a battery for lights and water pump.Current update and note: hot water heater not working on gas, only works when plugged in until I can fix. I also have never used fridge on gas, only when plugged in.
