RV Living in the Freedom Elite Class C has never felt more like home, with convenient amenities like a Center kitchen with Bench Seats, Front living area and Rear bathroom. With all the comforts of home, this Freedom Elite 23H Class C intensifies your RV camping experience and features a stove with 3 oven burners, Mid-Size refrigerator, 1 TVs, and more. This Freedom Elite 23H, has a Gvwr of 12500 lbs . And carries 1 Black Water Holding Tank(s), 1 Fresh Water Holding Tank(s), and 1 Gray Water Holding Tanks. 1 door(s), 1 awning(s), and rig this Class C.We charge a one time Maintenance fee of $120.00 for Interior and exterior cleaning, laundry service, reasonable propane usage and emptying of tanks.If the RV is winterized and you need to use water we will un-winterize for an additional $100.$45.00 Per Pet - limit 2 (depending on size)Hours of pick up 3pm

No Sunday pick upRenter is in charge of all toll road fees (if any)If evidence of unknown pets or evidence of smoking inside the Rental is found, RV Rentals reserves the right to charge $ 100.00 to treat the property for fleas and/or allergens. Any damages found by either pets or smoking materials will be assessed and charged to the renter's security deposit.We do a thorough check of the trailer and document any damage or malfunction prior to your departure. If anything is damaged or malfunctioning when you return that was intact when you departed, you are responsible for the cost of the damage whether it was your own accident, a visitor that caused damage, wildlife (bird flying into the RV while driving), an act of nature (wind, hail), or any other event that caused a need for repair. Damages that exceed the security deposit will be the sole responsibility of the renter. If damage is reported to insurance and a claim is processed, the deductible will be the responsibility of the renter.The batteries in an RV are not designed to run the whole electrical system. They are designed to get you between powered locations. Meaning from one campsite to another or if you are dry camping from one night to the morning. You will have to use the generator or turn the engine on to keep the batteries charged.Renters are required to use RVshare insurance plan for rental coverage.
