The Bounder 35K is just at 35 feet long and features a rear queen bedroom with a master bath. The master bath includes a shower and its own linen cabinet. The queen bedroom slides out to make plenty of room to walk between the bed and the wardrobes and entertainment center. As you move into the living area, walk past the half bath — perfect for guests — which is housed behind the living area’s entertainment center. You’ll have plenty of room to relax on the wrap-around sofa or the soft bench-style dinette. The kitchen has a double-sided refrigerator with an ice maker, a convection microwave and a double sided sink. The exterior has an electric awning and outdoor entertainment center. After a long day of driving, playing or exploring, Bounder welcomes you with cozy comfort and all the modern conveniences.Fees payable upon pickup include:
$200.00 Maintenance - covers dumping, 'reasonable' propane refill, linen service, exterior and interior cleaning
$45.00 Pet(s) - limit 2 (depending on size)If the RV is winterized and you need to use water we will un-winterize for an additional $100.Hours of pick up 3pm
Hours of drop off 12pm
No Sunday pick upRenter is in charge of all toll road fees (if any)If evidence of unknown pets or evidence of smoking inside the Rental is found, RV Rentals reserves the right to charge $ 100.00 to treat the property for fleas and/or allergens. Any damages found by either pets or smoking materials will be assessed and charged to the renter's security deposit. This RV is winterized. If you need to use water we will un-winterize for an additional $100.00.We do a thorough check for damage prior to your departure. We document any damage or malfunction of the RV prior to your departure. When you return any damage or malfunction that was intact when you departed, you are responsible for the cost of the damage whether it was your own accident, a visitor that caused damage, wildlife (bird flying into the RV while driving), an act of nature (wind, hail), or any other event that caused a need for repair. Damages that exceed the security deposit will be the sole responsibility of the renter. If damage is reported to insurance and a claim is processed, the deductible will be the responsibility of the renter.Renters are required to use Outdoorsy insurance plan for rental coverage.
