5.0Renee was amazing and the communication was top notch!!! Trailer was setup and ready to go, including the generator and fridge. We will be using them on our next adventure inmthe Shuswap!!!!

3.0Delivery and pick up was great. However, we were charged for two things that were never used to the tune of $125 - a remote that was laying below the TV (TV was never used) nor did we use the hot dog sticks - no idea where they would have even been as we didn't use them. We were at a church convention where all the meals were provided and we weren't camping, grilling nor did we have a fire pit where we could have even used them. So that part was incredibly disappointing. Won't spend the money again next year.
