5.0I was blown away with my experience with RV Adventurez. If I could give this experience higher than a 5/5 rating I would! I am not a camper and so, you can imagine my stress levels when my best friend tells me her wedding is going to fully be a camping weekend. I own zero camping gear, nor am I particularly comfortable in a tent. So I find Outdoorsy, and I find RV Rentals. From the beginning, Renee was incredibly helpful and sensitive to the fact that this is all new to me (I had a TON of camping questions lol). I decided to go for what is probably their biggest and most luxurious RV - the price was very fair. On the day of delivery a gentleman (I am so sad I cannot remember his name - but he was an integral part of how positive our experience was!) was there to drop it off and set it up - multiple times my husband and I tried to jump in and help and he said "Nope! This is the experience you paid for - set up is all on me." Incredible. Over the weekend we had 1-2 questions about some technical things, like the refrigerator, and Renee and her husband were SO quick to respond and help out. I could go on forever but if you're only going to read one part of this lengthy review let it be this - I had a better experience with Renee and RV Adventurez than I've had with some 5-star hotels. No, it'll be a while yet before I camp in a tent, but this experience has converted me into an RV camping gal and I absolutely will be renting again the next time I'm in need of a little R&R. Thank you so much to Renee and RV Adventurez!

4.0The trailer was great. Set-up and orientation by Doug was also well done. I would have given 5 stars but the queen mattress was awful. It should be replaced.

0.0These guys never fail to give us the best service. They deliver the rv. Set it up and are on hand if we have any issues. I have used them for a few years now - every RV is in great shape. Highly recommend them !
