Jayco’s Redhawk SE Class C pays attention to the little things that make a big difference, like flush floors throughout. While that may not seem like a big deal, flush floors mean there’s no step up into the bathroom to trip over in the middle of the night. The Jayco-exclusive, easy-operation legless dinette table with safety belts, can easily move from the dinette to bed position and, the sturdy table does not sag under pressure during meal times.**Water tank will not be filled up unless requested for fuel efficiency purpose.1. No smoking or hookah of any kind inside the RV, any evidence will be subject to forfeiture of security deposit.2. All “optional fees” are optional unless task is not done prior to return. RV should be returned in the same condition as it was at the time it was rented out (picked up by you) i.e. full gas tank, grey water and toilet emptied and flushed out. Cleaning/prep fee is charged for everything wiped clean, toilet cleaned, floors and furniture vacuumed, appliances wiped down, and floors cleaned with a damp cloth and detergent, if you clean it before return, we will apply $50 off mileage overage. Ask questions if needed. No mopping as the excessive water will damage the floor and RV. FOR Clarity - the unit needs to be in rental condition when it is returned. If it is not in a rental condition when it is returned, you will be charged to get it back in rental condition.3. No Roof Top Access. If evidence is found when there rig is returned, it will result in forfeiture of security deposit.4. Only use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. If you don’t it may stick to toilet tank. I suggest you flush toilet several times while you dump so you get a good flush of the tank.5. Ensure all doors, cabinets and drawers are closed and locked before driving RV (this includes all undercarriage compartments, refrigerator, overhead vents in hallway and bathrooms, bathroom doors, master bedroom door, etc.) to avoid damage while the RV is in motion.6. Refuel Policy: RV should be returned with (at least) the same amount of gas provided at pick up.7. Dumping Policy: Renter is responsible for emptying both gray and toilet before returning RV to owner. Use plenty of water with the black tank. Unless you elect to pay for sewage dumping.8. Towing Policy: Towing will only be allowed with Outdoorsy insurance.9. Appliances: The A/C, generator, radio, microwave, stove, oven, television, etc. are convenience items. While not expected; If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, NO compensation will be made to you. These items are electronic and can break unexpectedly. For assistance, you are advised to consult with ownership of an issue arises.10. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place to include any and all convenience items, inventory items, and any optional items requested in this rental agreement. When renters are away from RV, all doors including undercarriage should remain locked to prevent theft and overhead vents in bathroom and hallway should be closed to prevent water damage in the event of rain. Awning should not be opened during strong winds or while away from RV to prevent damage. If any inventory items are damaged or missing at the time of the delivery, renter risks forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion.11. All trips West of the Mississippi River need our approval prior to booking.12. Renters will contact owner with any problems that occur during the rental period.

Host provided helpful communication and walkthroughs for some. However, one renter experienced owner absence, teenage daughter handling pickup, empty water, 2/3 full black tank, and was charged for it.

Easy to drive and immaculate

Vehicle is noted as easy to drive and immaculate by some. However, one renter experienced a stuck grey water valve, broken canopy strut, malfunctioning side step, and another received it with an empty water tank and 2/3 full black tank.

Great first RV experience with Outdoorsy! The RV was immaculate, easy to drive, and a breeze to set up at the campsite. The host took the time to walk us through everything since it was our first time using an RV, which made us feel very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and we had a fantastic trip. Would definitely book again!

I have to say that we were disappointed the RV we rented- The valve on the grey water tank was stuck closed which meant the tank filled and started backing up into the two sinks and shower and made the inside of the van smell. (The faucet in the bathroom was also dripping constantly). I had to loosen the bolts to the entrance of the valve unit to empty the tank by laying under the vehicle. Needless to say I could not avoid getting splashed by the dirty grey water. The strut on the canopy was broken which meant there was extra strain on the other strut even in a light wind. That meant we could not use it for fear of the other strut breaking and the canopy being stuck open. Therefore we did not have shade at the entrance to the van. The step under the side door stopped automatically opening which meant we had to jam it closed. Overall this was not what we expected.

Went to pick up motor home on 8/13 as promised. Owner was not around and had there teenage daughter go over limited items on RV. Questioned young lady about having a full tank of water and she stated on the tank was full. Upon getting to our remote site we were made aware of the water tank being empty when I went to shower. We were at a festival and had a member of camping management come over to help us. At that time we found out that not only did we not have water but that the black tank had 2/3 full of shit. We then asked the company at the festival that was working on the port a johns to look at the black tank and they said not to use it that it was 2/3 full. The owners had provided proper maintenance on the camper for the renters before us and failed to empty the tank completely, and admitted they never checked the control panel. Then they charged us for the previous renters backed up shit. Even when they admitted they never check the control panel. Renter beware. Renter beware Went to pick up motor home on 8/13 as promised.
