Furnished 2019 Coleman travel trailer with room for up to 10 people (4 adults + 6 children) and can be towed with most ½ ton pickups and SUVs.Sleeping: Has 5 beds. A queen master bed, 2 full size bunks, futon couch, and convertible dinette.Amenities: 2 TVs, heat, A/C, 3 burner stove, microwave, freezer/refrigerator, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, 6 gallon gas hot water heater, 24”x40” shower stall, electric awning, electric stabilizers, electric jack, 52 gallon fresh water tank, 42 gallon grey water tank, 42 gallon black water tank, 35 gallon portable grey water tank.Bedding: fitted sheet, top sheet, blanket and pillow cases provided for the master bed and bunks. Sleeping bags provided for dinette and sofa.Linens: 6 bath towels, 6 washcloths, 2 hand towels, dishcloth, and dish towel provided.Kitchen: 4 plates, 4 bowls, cups, silverware, skillet with lid, pot with lid, spatula, ladle, tongs, skewers, can opener, measuring cups, grill mats, first-aid kit.Towing: 2-5/16 ball receiver hitch with load distribution and anti-sway provided.Hookups: 20ft 30 amp power cord onboard, 25ft 30 amp extension cord, 25ft potable water hose, 10ft drain hose with elbow and adapter.Propane: 2-20lb propane tanks onboard. ¼ tank included per day May-Nov, ½ tank included Dec-April.Delivery: $100 up to 50 driving miles, $150 up to 75 driving miles, $200 up to 100 driving miles. (Driving route at owner’s discretion.)Waste Dumping: Included with campground deliveries. $50 fee for pick-up rentals that do not return empty. $20 fee for delivery rentals to locations without a dump station.Cleaning: Travel trailer must be returned clean. Sweep the floors and stairs, wipe down the tables, counters, seating, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, toilet, sinks, etc. Strip beds and place bedding near the door.
