Enjoy a trip to the great outdoors in our beautiful trailer that has everything your heart desires. It features televisions with satellite hook up. DVD player and surround sound speakers including outdoors. The bedroom is separate with a closing door and a tv is on the wall. Relax on the comfortable sofa with cup holders and charging units for your devices. It has an outdoor kitchen with a beverage refrigerator, sink, propane stove and a blender for those frothy drinks. We have also included a Habachi grill and a blackstone grill. Setup rules:
• Park on level ground as possible
• Remove sway bars and lower jack from the tow until front is level.
• Lower each jack to level
• Do not put out the tip out until the jacks are in place
• Hook up the water with the filter cartridge.
• Hook up the power.
• Satellite Dish needs to point to the south to retrieve a satellite. Trees and mountains can interfere with it.
• Awning should be screwed down tight if left open. Close if it’s windy conditions.
Breakdown Rules:
• Make sure tip out is fully receded. ( Do this before jacks are lifted.)
• Awning is completely rolled up and all utilities are disconnected.
• All ceiling vents are closed tight.
• Jacks are all lifted and blocks put away.
•Stairs are locked in place and the safety handle is closed.
• Please drain the gray water and sewer tanks at a dump station before returning the unit.

We had an amazing experience renting Susan & Rick’s trailer! They were easy to work with and very communicative. They gave us a great walk through on all the different amenities and features before we left and were so helpful! The trailer was very clean and well stocked - far beyond our expectations! Definitely recommend and we will definitely be renting from them again!
