Quickly responds, offers great help
Brandon provided quick, informative responses, went the extra mile for first-timers, and made pickup/drop-off a breeze, solving issues like generator adapter needs.
Clean, functional but thin mattresses
Guests appreciated its cleanliness, space, and functional features like AC/hot water, plus included lawn chairs. However, mattresses were consistently noted as thin, and one had battery issues.

5.0Perfect RV. Host very responsive to questions. RV mattresses tend to be a bit thin, so if you want more padding, bring a comforter. Would rent again.

4.0Overall it was really easy to book and use the service. Brandon, our host was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if needed when we had a little hiccup with the adapter for our generator. We were first time users of a travel trailer and so we had a few more questions than the average person and Brandon was always willing to help and quick to respond. It would have been 5 stars but the batteries on the rv would not hold a charge and the mattress on the queen bed was really flat and thin. We ended up using a mattress from our sons room. Will definitely use the service again.
