If your vehicle is rated for pulling less than 5000 lbs, you would need to provide your own weight distribution equipment, which we will not provide, and we may deem unsafe to pull).
* This trailer DOES NOT have a generator and we WILL NOT provide one. If you have one, you may use it.
* YOU MUST HAVE A BRAKE CONTROLLER BOX INSTALLED INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PICK UP THE TRAILER. SOME NEWER TRUCKS HAVE AN INTERNAL BRAKE CONTROLLER BUILT IN.
*YOU MUST HAVE A 7-PIN ELECTRICAL PLUG-IN INSTALLED BEFORE YOU PICK UP THIS TRAILER. IT RUNS THE LIGHTS AND TRAILER BRAKES.
* Due to COVID, we require that you bring your own bedding (sleeping bag, pillows, etc..) and towels.
* We charge an upfront prep fee of $100. We do expect the trailer to be returned in the same condition it was provided. This includes removing all your belongings and all trash. If the trailer is returned uncleaned, we will charge an additional fee of $200.
*For a $100 fee, we can empty and clean tanks.
* At pick up (per request), we will provide you with a briefing on how to use all the trailer amenities and components.
***SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE TRAILER. A $500 FEE FOR CLEANING WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE DEPOSIT IF THE TRAILER SMELLS LIKE TOBACCO, MARIJUANA, OR ANY OTHER DRUGS.
* If anything breaks, lost, stolen, including if you have a blown tire, or if any damage is done to the trailer while in the renter's possession, including trailer equipment (hoses, chalks, etc. . .) or interior surfaces, we will withhold appropriate repair costs from the deposit.

For my first time pulling a trailer all the information that was given was needed and appreciate it we had a great time the trailer was very spacious for two and if you have kids the bunkbeds will get enough for them looking forward to our next trip with this trailer.
