5.0We had a great time with the RV—it was our first experience both driving and vacationing in one! We traveled to McCloud, CA near Mt. Shasta to visit family. Fred gave us a detailed and patient walkthrough of how everything worked before we left, which was incredibly helpful. During our trip, we had a couple of questions, and he responded quickly and kindly each time. The RV was in excellent condition and easy to drive.
