🚐 Rules of the Road – Please Read Before You Roll These simple guidelines help protect the RV and ensure everyone has a safe, comfortable experience. Please review carefully before towing or using the RV. 1. Tow Vehicle Requirements Must be rated to tow at least 9,000 lbs GVWR Brake controller required Weight distribution hitch and sway control included and must be used Driver must have valid license and experience towing trailers this size 2. Driving & Safety Max speed while towing: 65 mph No off-roading, beach driving, or rough terrain Obey all local, state, and campground speed limits Never move the trailer with the stabilizer jacks or leveling blocks deployed Check that all slide-outs, awning, vents, windows, and steps are secured before towing 3. Slide-Out Use Only operate when the trailer is level and parked Do not force slides if resistance is felt Ensure no obstacles (trees, posts, etc.) are near the slide area 4. Awning Policy Do not use during wind, rain, or if you're leaving the site Retract awning when unattended Any damage to the awning is the renter’s responsibility (and it’s not cheap!) 5. Water & Tanks Use RV-safe toilet paper only (provided) Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, food or garbage Grey and black tanks must be emptied before return unless you paid for dumping service Freshwater tank must be filled only with potable water 6. No Smoking Policy Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the RV Evidence of smoking will result in loss of security deposit and extra cleaning fees 7. Pet Policy Pets allowed only with prior approval Please keep pets off furniture and beds You are responsible for any pet damage or excessive cleaning 8. Cleaning & Return Please return the RV in the same condition as received Empty the fridge, remove trash, sweep floors and place linen in linen bags If not cleaned, a cleaning fee may be withheld from the deposit 9.
