The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensiles, can/bottle/wine opener, knives, cutting board, cooking pans and pots, mugs, glasses, basic spices, coffee maker. Theres a grill included when you want to cook outside. Folding table and 4 camping chairs are also included.
The bed/bath comes fully with linens, and toilet paper. Be sure to bring your own pillows and blankets.
We charge $150 for a full sanitation and cleaning and restocking before every trip that will be deducted from your securtity deposit. $100 charge if black and grey tanks aren't emptied before your return.
Generator 4 hour per day included, additional $4 per hour.
Mileage 100 miles per day included, additional .40/mile
No Burning Man and no music festivals.

5Easy RV pickup and good communication. RV was clean, well stocked and ran great. We somehow managed to lose a hubcap on our journey (lots of bumpy poorly paved roads) but Vann was understanding and only charged me the replacement fee.

5The RV was very clean and very well stocked with all the necessities and more than we needed for our trip. Everything worked great. The owner was very friendly. At our drop off he gifted us a very delicious box of donuts. He was very flexible with our return time. All around great experience and we would definitely try renting from him again.
