It fits in a single parking lot stall. But is still large enough to be spacious and comfortable for up to 5 adults or 6-7 with children. With this RV, you can take a day trip down to the beach or you can plan a multi-week adventure.- 1 queen bed, 1 queen over cab bed, and 1 dinette table that converts into a bed for multiple sleeping options and arrangements. Linens can be provided at you request.-Kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, and double sink which makes cooking and clean up a breeze. I can provide pots, pans, cooking utensils and silverware at your request.-Has indoor shower bathroom with sink.
