1. Verified Drivers Only
Only drivers approved through Outdoorsy may operate the vehicle. No exceptions.
2. Drive Carefully & Responsibly
No speeding, reckless driving, off-roading, or driving under the influence. Stay on paved roads unless otherwise approved in writing.
3. Fuel & Fluids
Use the correct fuel only. Return the RV with the same fuel level it left with. Do not ignore warning lights or low fluid indicators.
4. Mileage & Generator Limits (If Applicable)
Respect the mileage and generator limits in your rental agreement. Overage fees may apply.
5. No Roof Access
No one is allowed on the roof at any time for safety and to prevent damage.
6. Towing / Hauling (If Applicable)
Do not tow or haul anything unless you have written permission in advance.
7. Pets / Smoking / Vaping
Follow the pet and smoking rules on the listing. Any violation may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
8. Campsite & Clearance Awareness
Watch tree branches, gas station overhangs, tight turns, and low clearances. Any roof, trim, or side panel damage is the renter’s responsibility.
9. Accidents or Issues
If something happens, contact me and Outdoorsy immediately. Do not attempt major repairs without approval.
10. Return Condition
Please return the RV in similar condition to pickup:
Trash removed
Dishes cleaned (if provided)
No major mud, spills, stains, or odors
