🚐 RV Use Rules & Guidelines To help keep our trailer clean, safe, and in great condition for everyone, please follow these simple rules during your rental: 🚽 Toilet Use Only use the RV-safe toilet paper provided Do NOT flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any foreign objects Clogged tanks are costly and will result in a repair charge 🚰 Kitchen Sink Use Do NOT pour food, grease, or large particles down the drains Please scrape plates and use the strainer provided in the sink 🚭 No Smoking Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the trailer Any trace of smoke will result in an additional deep-cleaning fee 🐾 Pets Policy Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the trailer. We want to keep the space clean and allergy-friendly for all renters. Thank you for understanding! 🧹 General Cleanliness Please return the trailer in tidy condition (dishes washed, trash emptied) A cleaning fee covers normal use, but excessive mess may incur extra charges ⛽ Propane & Water Propane is provided, please use responsibly 💧 Waste Tank Policy Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return. If you prefer not to dump the tanks yourself, we’re happy to take care of it — just let us know in advance. A $250 service fee will be charged if the waste tanks are not emptied at the time of return and no prior arrangements were made. 🛠️ Additional Service Fees Late Return Fees: Owners may charge a late fee if the RV is returned after the agreed-upon time. Dirty RV Fee: If the RV is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee may be imposed.
