- The large window behind the kitchen sink has a screen only. No clear vinyl & no curtains/canvas/privacy. As the owners, we've never successfully come up with a solution for this.
- The kitchen sink faucet may require siphoning of some sort to get the water flowing. Please note that this is a manual "pumping" faucet so you must pump the lever to get water flowing.
- The propane furnace does work. However, the thermostat is not accurate and it will get really warm inside the trailer so be advised.
- The refrigerator takes a few hours to "cool" sufficiently
- It is best to have both the electrical plugged in and the battery connected. The battery will last you 2-3 full days of consistent use. The trailer will come with a battery charger for extended stays.

We're a local Edmonds, young family of 5 who really enjoy hiking, camping and just about everything you can do in the great outdoors. Our favorite place to camp is in Winthrop. If you haven't been there, check it out. We enjoy all kinds of camping from tents on the ground to all out glamping. We're hoping you enjoy our tent trailer as much as we have.
